PROCESS DESIGN

The process design of our separators is based on

  • Full-scale testing.
    LP and HP testing was carried out to demonstrate the impact on performance of various separator types at high gas density (99 kg/m3 natural gas), low liquid density (460 kg/m3 condensate), and low liquid surface tension compared with the results of LP Testing.
  • Field experience.
  • Field performance measurements.
  • CFDs, especially to optimize separator upstream/ downstream flow distribution and the internal flow profiles.
  • Separators are sized by gas load with corrections for critical properties.
